About Us
Hi! My name is Dina and I have over 35 years of bookkeeping and business management experience. I work out of my home office in Covina, California. All of our services are performed in house and never sub-contracted out.

The Process
We solely use Quickbooks Online (QBO), that is where your book will be kept. QBO is a cloud based accounting software platform you'll have 24/7 access to.
All document requests as well as the secure storage of documents will be kept in QBO. It is easy to upload and download documents in QBO. Documents will be requested at the beginning of the month or as needed. They will need to be uploaded in a timely manner. Requests can also be made via email. Dropbox and Google Drive are also other storage options, however I prefer to keep everything in one place.
Communication
I am a remote bookkeeper so all forms of communication will be done via email. Occassion telephone, text, and ZOOM meetings are also available. Emails also provides a recorded conversation to refer back to if needed.
Getting Started
To get started or to receive a price quote, please complete our Client Intake Form. Answering these questions is vital to providing an accurate price quote. Please note, I will do my best to provide an accurate price quote based on the information provided. After accepting the contract, if the standard work turns out to be more than anticipated, the monthly pricing will need to be revised. In addition, if the company adds additional checking, savings, credit card, loan, or processing accounts, the monthly subscription price is subject to change.
Assessment
After completing the questionnaire, I will communicate with you via email or a free 20 minute phone call / ZOOM meeting to discuss the bookkeeping services as a well as to assess if we are a good fit.
Engagement Letter
If we are in agreement with the price quote that was sent, a simple, straightforward engagement letter for accounting services will be emailed to you for acceptance. Once the signed engagement letter is accepted, work can begin immediately unless otherwise disclosed. Payment will be due at this time as well.
